Dear Father,
after practicing the hesychast-prayer, about tree weeks after the start, the whole body went in flames, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat. My eyes were radiating so much energy that some colleagues in the work turned they eyes away from mine.
I had also another experiences but about them maybe next time.
Later I read about chakras.
I would like to know Your opinion about the connection between the Chakra System and Hesychia: Does this prayer technique maybe open the Heart-Chakra ?
What is a matter of technique and what is a metter of Grace ?
Yours, Siluan

Thanks very much, dear Father, although I don't speak french. But I will find someone who will translate Your answer.
As far as I understood, You don't agree with a Mantra-like repetition of the Hesychast Prayer, as described in "The russian pilgrim".
In the culminaton-Period of this "hesychast wawe", which dured about 3-4 weeks I had to fight extremely negative entities.
During 3 nights in the middle of this "wawe" I constantly felt extremely negative "energies" surrounding my heart, although I didn't saw anything or anybody.
I felt this energies mostly during the night, beeing forced to wake up shortly after I went to bed. Then I prayed to The Lord, almost shouting.
Regularly, after half an hour, I became so week that I started to cry.
But this was also the momet when the energies left me.
Some other aspects:
The start of the attac upon my heart was signalized once by a beautiful but evil ornament.
Also once I heard noise, some kind of drums, chaotic drums...
Then I read Antonius the great, and he also speaks about noise.
Questions:
1: Are daemons personal or not ?
2: are they personifications of my own fears ?
3: Are they independent of the human soul ?
4: Are they aspects of The SELF, in the Way Jung understands it ?
5: Are shamanic Totem-animals daemons ?
6: Are pagan Gods, which can be visualised with similar methods like the Ignatian exercises, daemons ?
7: Are the Energies of the elements, Water, Fire, Air, Earth, frequently used in ceremonial magic, daemons ?
8: Planetarian Energies ?
9: What about the tibetan method of creating durgas, and than destroying them, in order to lose fear from any kind of personal God ?
Thank You very, very much,
With respect, Siluan
